Our website and services : We may collect personally identifiable information about you such as your name, email address and/or phone number when you contact us. This process is voluntary and always initiated by you. We will never ask for any personal nor sensitive information, and all information requested during our email conversations with you will be strictly related to your inquiries and requests. We do not send any promotional emails and your information is used only for the purposes above described. 


Third parties : Our web hosting provider (x10Hosting / x10Premium) may collect additional information when you are browsing this website, such as your IP address and browser settings to provide a better experience. This information is stored only for the operation of the website and metrics analysis (to count the amount of visitors) and is deleted regularly. You can learn more about this by contacting the x10Hosting team directly. Our website doesn't make use of Google AdSense nor any other third party tools or plugins that collect your information. Our website contains links to other related websites such as the Unity Asset Store, but we do not share any information with them. We do not use referral links on this website either.

Non personally identifiable Information : Irreverent Software may share non identifiable information (such as browsing time, URL referrals, number of clicks, platform types etc) to third parties and use it to improve user experiences and to get a better understanding of our services. While this website also uses cookies to provide a better service, these cookies can be disabled without compromising the website’s functionality. We, however, do not sale, rent nor trade in any way this information either.

 

Storage and processing

Your information as collected through our services may be stored and processed in the United States, Europe, Asia and any other countries and jurisdictions where our web hosting and mail hosting services have facilities.

We do not personally store any personal information as it is all kept offsite within secure servers from our processors. Any personal information we collect (including the one provided during requests and contact initiated by you) will be kept for up to seven days from the moment the request is considered as solved or we receive no further communication from you. After this, it will begin its deletion process and will be permanently destroyed within 60 days. 

You have the right to any personal data of yours that we may have collected, and it can be deleted, retrieved or updated at any moment upon your request by contacting us at privacy@irreverent-software.com. We will process all reasonable requests within the times set by the corresponding legislations, but we may require you to verify your identity before handing any information to you, to ensure its safety. 

 

How we protect your information

Irreverent Software is always concerned with protecting your privacy and data but we cannot ensure nor warrant that the information you provide to us will not be accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed by illegal accesses from third parties that breach through our high security standards. While this website and all the services it provides are managed through secure connections, stored in well protected servers and facilities and kept only for as long as it is absolutely necessary, no method is 100% secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. If any breach is detected at any moment, we will contact all users whose information is suspected to be at risk and any required authorities during the following 72 hours of our first notice of the breach. Children and persons under 16 years of age 

Our website and services are not directed at people under 16 years of age. Any person who is under 16 years of age must have their legal guardian's or tutor's initiate and handle all contact with us in their name. While our website does not ask for any personal information beyond name and email address, these requirements are put in place to protect minors and ensure their safety while using our services. We do not knowingly collect any personal data from minors.
