  • Unity issued invoice number
  • Unity version
  • Rendering Pipeline (Legacy, URP or HDRP) and its version
  • Target Graphics API and platform
  • Steps to reproduce the issue, accompanied by any relevant information and screenshots

Refunds are handled directly by Unity according to the Asset Store EULA, available here. We highly recommend you reach out to our support email before starting a refund request, as we may be able to provide you with assistance.

While we provide ample technical assistance to all users of our products, we cannot guarantee compatibility with third party assets nor experimental / beta Unity versions and features.

Project specific requests, implementations and features may be offered at an extra-cost entirely at our discretion.
